Stuffed Apples

Ingredients:
Apples - 6
Milk - 1 cup
Pineapple juice - 1/2 cup
Grated cheese - 2 tbsp
Honey - 2 tbsp
Maida - 1 tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Pineapple slices -3

Topping:
Fresh Cream

Method:

  • Cut the apples into half lengthwise with a sharp knife. Remove seeds and pulp from the center, leaving a thick cup shape. Keep the pulp aside.
  • Heat butter in a pan, slowly add maida an saute. Add milk and stir without lumps till thick.
  • Add cheese, mix for a minute.Switch off the flame.
  • Add pineapple juice, apple pulp and honey and mix well.
  • Fill the apple halves with this mixture and top up with half pineapple slices.
  • Bake in hot oven for 20 minutes.
  • Serve decorating with fresh cream.
