Cabbage chutney


Ingredients:

cabbage - 250gms
green chillies - 6 to 7
tamarind paste - 1/2 tbsp
menthi seeds - 1/4 tsp
turmeric - 1/4 tsp
oil - 1 tbsp
garlic cloves - 4
jeera - 1 tsp
coriander leaves - small bunch
salt to taste

Method:

Wash and cut cabbage and chillies into small pieces. Heat the oil in kadai add menthi seeds, chillies and cabbage. Fry till cabbage soften and cool it. Grind all the ingredients to make chutney. This is good with steamed rice.
