Ingredients:
Urad Dal - 1 cup
Moong Dal - 1 cup
Chenna Dal - 1 cup
Green Chillies - 8 no.'s
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Onions - 2 no.s
Coriander leaves
salt to taste
oil to deep fry
Method:
Urad Dal - 1 cup
Moong Dal - 1 cup

Method:
- Soak the dals overnight and grind them by using very little water like vada paste.
- Add green chilli, cumin seeds, salt paste to the batter.
- Cut onions, coriander into fine pieces and add to the batter.
- Heat the oil
- Prepare vada's with batter and deep fry till golden brown.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney or ketchup
