Ingredients:
Vermicelli - 200 gms
Curd (fresh) - 350 gms
Green chillies - 2-3
Ginger - small piece
Mustard - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli- 1
Asafoetida - a pinch
Oil - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves
Method:
Vermicelli - 200 gms
Curd (fresh) - 350 gms

Method:
- Boil the vermicelli.
- Mix with curd, chopped green chillies, ginger and salt.
- Heat oil, fry red chilli, mustard seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves.
- pour over vermicelli mixture.
- Mix well and serve pickles.
