Ingredients:
Arhar dal - 1 cup
Channa dal - 1 cup
Moong Dal - 1 cup
Dry red chillies - 10- 12 or as per taste
Salt to taste
Curry leaves
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida - a pinch
Method:
Arhar dal - 1 cup

Method:
- Dry roast the dals till the aroma comes
- Roast curry leaves, red chillies and asafoetida.
- Cool and grind all ingredients by adding salt, cumin seeds to make powder.
- Store in airtight container.
- Serve with steamed rice and ghee.
