Poha Dosa (Attukula Dosa)

Ingredients:
Rice - 2 cups
Poha - 1 cup
Butter Milk - 3 cups
Green chillies - 4-5
Salt to taste
Oil


Method:

  • Soak rice and poha  in butter milk for 2-3 hours.
  • Grind the rice and poha into fine paste by adding salt and buttermilk
  • Add finely chopped green chillies to the batter.
  • Heat the pan, grease with oil and pour 1 ladle full of batter to make round dosa.
  • Cook both sides by applying oil.
  • Serve hot with chutney
