Ingredients:
Eggs - 2
Paneer - 1 tbsp (grated)
Onion - 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Spinach leaf - 1
Green Chilli- 1 (finely chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil or Butter - 1-2 tsp
Method:
Eggs - 2
Paneer - 1 tbsp (grated)
Onion - 1 tsp (finely chopped)

Method:
- Beat eggs well and add all other ingredients except butter.
- Heat oil in a pan then pour egg mixture to make an omelette.
- Cook both sides.
- Serve immediately
