Rasam Powder

Ingredients:
Coriander seeds - 300 gms
Pepper - 100 gms
Split Bengal Gram - 25 gms
Split red gram  - 75 gms
Cumin seeds -  1 tbsp
Red chillies - 25 gms
Turmeric and salt -  a pinch


Method:

  • Dry all the ingredients in the sun or roast them individually without oil.
  • Grind them to make fine powder.
  • Store in airtight container and use as required.
