Ingredients:
Oats - 250 gms
Ghee - 2 tsp
Sugar - as per taste
Milk - 500 ml or sufficient
Method:

Method:
- Heat ghee in pan, add oats and fry for a while.
- Add 500 ml of water. Stir well and cook. Add sugar.
- Let it mix well and dissolve completely.
- Remove from fire.
- Add milk and serve.
- This is healthy drink for all ages.
