Ingredients:
Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Suji - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 1 tsp
Oil for frying
Method:
Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Suji - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 1 tsp

Method:
- Warm the milk and add sugar. Stir till sugar dissolves. Remove from fire and let it cool.
- Make a dough with wheat flour, suji, sweet milk, ghee.
- Divide them into small portions.
- Roll out each portion into puri's.
- Heat oil and fry them till golden colour.
- Serve hot or warm.
