Baked Spinach Rice with Herbs

Ingredients:
Spinach Puree - 300 gms
Cooked Rice - 1 cup
Cheese - 1 cup (grated)
Eggs - 2 (beaten)
Milk - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1 (chopped)
Butter - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Worcestershire Sauce - 1/2 tsp
Rosemary - 1/4 tsp (crushed)

Method:

  • Combine all the ingredients except cheese. Pour into baking dish.
  • Top up with grated cheese.
  • Bake in moderate oven (350F) for 20 to 25 minutes or till knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Cut into squares.
