Cheese Scones

Ingredients:
Maida - 1 1/2 cups
Grated Cheese - 3 tbsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Butter - 1 tbsp
Pinch of salt
Baking Powder - 1 tbsp

Method:

  • Sieve the flour, baking powder and salt. 
  • Rub in the butter. Add cheese and milk and make a smooth dough.
  • Roll out into 2 cm thick scones, cut to the required size and bake in a hot oven for 15 minutes.
