Ingredients:
Rusk Biscuits - 6-7
Cheese slices - 6-7
Capsicum - 1
Mushroom - 50 gm
Milk - 1/2 cup
Maida - 1 tbsp
Pepper - 1 tsp (freshly ground)
Salt to taste
Butter - 1 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Method:
Rusk Biscuits - 6-7
Cheese slices - 6-7
Capsicum - 1
Mushroom - 50 gm
Milk - 1/2 cup
Maida - 1 tbsp
Pepper - 1 tsp (freshly ground)

Butter - 1 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Method:
- Chop capsicum and mushroom into very tiny pieces.
- Mix maida in to milk to form a smooth paste
- Heat the butter and oil in a pan and saute the mushrooms and capsicum for 2 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper and keep aside.
- Place a slice of cheese on each rush biscuit and trim the cheese slice to the size of a biscuit.
- Top with the cooked capsicum mixture and serve.
