Ingredients:
Raw Rice - 4 cups
Par boiled rice - 1/2 cup
Channa dal - 1/4 cup
Jaggery - 500 gm
Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
Dry coconut - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Oil for frying
Method:
Raw Rice - 4 cups

Method:
- Soak rices, fenugreek seeds and dal for 2 hours.
- Wash and grind rice and dal to make fine paste. Add grated jaggery and salt and grind again till jaggery mix well to the batter.
- Transfer to bowl then add grated coconut and mix well.
- Heat oil in a kadai and drop ladleful of batter in hot oil. cook both sides.
- Do the same for remaining batter.
- Serve this sweet paniyaram.
