Ingredients:
Potatoes - 200 gm
Besan - 1/2 cup
Maida - 1/2 cup
Butter - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 6 tbsp
Method:
Potatoes - 200 gm
Besan - 1/2 cup
Maida - 1/2 cup
Butter - 1/4 cup

Method:
- Boil,peel and mash potatoes.
- Mix besan, maida, salt and butter with mashed potato. Press it flatten.
- Cut into pieces and fry them both sides with little oil.
- Serve hot with mint chutney.
