Ingredients:
Basmati Rice - 2 cups (cooked)
Boondi - 1 cup
Cinnamon - 1" stick
Cloves - 2
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Method:
Basmati Rice - 2 cups (cooked)
Boondi - 1 cup

Method:
- Heat the ghee in a pan, add cinnamon and cloves and allow to splutter.
- Mix in the rice and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Lastly add boondi and mix gently.
- Serve immediately.
