Ingredients:
Green chillies - 200 gms
Onions - 500 gms
Curry leaves - few
Besan - 50 gms
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Urad dal - 1/4 tsp
Channa dal - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 2-3 tbsp
Method:
Green chillies - 200 gms

Method:
- Slice the onions and green chillies.
- Heat the oil in kadai, add channa dal, urad dal, cumin and mustard seeds. Fry till mustard crackles.
- Add curry leaves, onions and green chillies and fry till onions are transparent.
- Grind salt and cumin seeds to make fine paste.
- Add this paste to the onions, fry for few minutes.
- Mix besan in water without lumps.
- Stir in curry and cook for few minutes or until dry.
