Ingredients:
Coriander seeds - 1 cup
Red chillies - 7-8
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Salt
Garlic cloves - 10
Tamarind - 2-3 strips
Ghee- 1 tbsp
Method:
Coriander seeds - 1 cup
Red chillies - 7-8
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp

Method:
- Fry coriander seeds, red chillies and cumin seeds in ghee.
- Grind tamarind, garlic and salt then add fried ingredients to make powder.
- Store in airtight container.
- Serve with steamed rice and ghee.
- This powder is good for cold.
