CORIANDER POWDER FOR RICE

Ingredients:
Coriander seeds - 1 cup
Red chillies - 7-8
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Salt
Garlic cloves - 10
Tamarind -  2-3 strips
Ghee- 1 tbsp

Method:

  • Fry coriander seeds, red chillies and cumin seeds in ghee.
  • Grind tamarind, garlic and salt then add fried ingredients to make powder.
  • Store in airtight container.
  • Serve with steamed rice and ghee.
  • This powder is good for cold.
