RAWA PAKODI
Ingredients:
Rawa - 250 gms
Sour curd - 1 glass
Onions - 2
Green chillies - 5-6
Ginger - small piece
Salt to taste
Curry leaves - few
Baking soda - a pinch
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Oil for frying

Method:
- Soak rawa in curd for 30 minutes. Finely chop onions, green chillies and ginger.
- Mix chopped onion, green chillies, ginger, soda, salt, curry leaves and cumin seeds in rawa mixture.
- Mix well, add little water if necessary.
- Heat oil in kadai, drop little balls and deep fry till golden.
- Serve hot with chutney.
