CARROT JUICE

Ingredients:
Carrots - 2 cups (grated)
Aniseed - 1/2 tsp (crushed)
Salt - a pinch

Method:

  • Blend grated carrot, aniseeds and salt with one glass of water.
  • Pass it through a strainer.
  • Serve chilled.
