CARROT MILK

Ingredients:
Milk - 2 cups
Carrots - 100 gms
Sugar - 2 tsp

Method:

  • Wash, peel and grate the carrots.
  • Put the milk in vessel and bring it to boil. When it starts boiling add grated carrot and cook till tender.
  • Mash and strain the milk.
  • Add sugar to milk and serve.
