Ingredients:
Cauliflower - 1 cup
Carrot - 1 cup (diced)
Potato cubes - 1 cup (boiled)
Green peas - 1 cup (pa boiled)
Knoll koll - 1 cup (diced)
Thick tomato puree - 1 cup
Tomato sauce - 1 cup
Spring onions - 4 (cut into strips)
Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
Water - 1 cup
Flour - 2 tbsp
vegetable oil - 1 cup
MSG - 1/4 tsp
Salt and sugar to taste
Method:
Cauliflower - 1 cup

Method:
- Heat oil in a wok, add flour and fry till light brown.
- Add tomato puree, tomato sauce, sugar and other seasoning and mix briskly.
- Cook for one minute.
- Add all other ingredients and cook for 3 minutes more.
- Serve immediately.
