Ingredients:
Prawns - 500 gms
Tomatoes - 1 kg
Onions - 2
Green chillies - 5
Ginger, garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder - 3 tsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Method:
Prawns - 500 gms

Method:
- Clean prawns and keep aside.
- Finely chop onions, green chillies and tomatoes.
- Heat oil in kadai, add cumin seeds and allow to splutter.
- Add chopped onions, green chillies and ginger paste. Fry them for few seconds then add prawns, salt and turmeric.
- Cook till prawns are almost done then add tomato pieces, chilli powder, little water.
- Close the lid and cook till the gravy is thick and done.
- Lastly add coriander leaves.
