Ingredients:
Strawberry Jam - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Vanilla Ice cream - 1 scoop
Full Cream Milk - 150 ml (cold)
Crushed ice
Method:
Strawberry Jam - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Vanilla Ice cream - 1 scoop
Full Cream Milk - 150 ml (cold)
Crushed ice
Method:
- Put strawberry jam and sugar in a container. Keep on low flame till sugar melts completely.
- Let it cool, stir in cold milk and vanilla ice cream.
- Add crushed ice and serve immediately.
