Ingredients:
Olive oil- 5 tbsp
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Drained capers - 2 tbsp
Fresh parsley - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Method:
Olive oil- 5 tbsp

Method:
- Mix together oil and lemon juice. Stir in the capers and parsley.
- Serve with hot or cold poached fish, cold chicken or meat.
- This is particularly good with cold lamb.
- Caper and parsley is also excellent for dressing salads.
