STRAWBERRY DAWN

Ingredients:
Gin - 30 ml
Coconut cream - 30 ml
Strawberries - 4
Crushed ice
Fresh strawberry and slice of kiwi fruit for garnish

Method:

  • Blend the gin and coconut cream with strawberries and crushed ice in a blender.
  • Pour into a champagne saucer or cocktail glass.
  • Decorate with strawberry and kiwi fruit.
