Ingredients:
Fresh raspberries or strawberries - 2 cups
Water - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1/2
Arrowroot or cornstarch - 1 tsp
Cold water - 1 tbsp
Method:
Fresh raspberries or strawberries - 2 cups
Water - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp

Arrowroot or cornstarch - 1 tsp
Cold water - 1 tbsp
Method:
- Wash berries; place in small saucepan with 2 tbsp water, sugar and lemon juice.
- Simmer together gently 5 minutes; press through fine sieve. Return to clean saucepan; thicken with arrowroot dissolved in cold water.
- Chill before serving.
