CHILLI GARLIC SAUCE

Ingredients:
Red chilli powder - 100 gms
Garlic cloves - 10-12 (large)
Sultanas - 250 gms
White vinegar - 3 1/2 cup
Fresh ginger - 2-3 tsp (grated)
Salt - 3 tsp

Method:

  • Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boi.
  • Reduce heat, cover and simmer until the sultanas are very soft.
  • Cool the mixture and liquidise it.
  • Store in a clean sterilised bottle.
