Ingredients:
Boti - 1 kg
Onions - 3
Green chillies- 4
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli powder - 3 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - small bunch
Oil - 3-4 tbsp
Thick coconut milk - 2 cups
Method:
Boti - 1 kg

Method:
- Wash and cut boti into pieces.
- Boil boti pieces with ginger garlic paste and turmeric.
- Heat the oil in pan, add chopped onion, green chillies and curry leaves. Fry until golden brown.
- Add cooked boti pieces with water, salt, chilli powder, garam masala.
- Cook until the water is completely absorbed.
- Then add coconut milk and cook till the gravy is thick.
- Lastly add chopped coriander leaves.
