Ingredients:
spinach leaves - 100 gms (finely chopped)
Greek yoghurt or fresh curd - 450 gms
Green chillies - 2-3 (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
Method:

Method:
- Blanch spinach leaves in hot water for 5 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
- Whip the curd and mix with other ingredients.
- Serve chilled.
